"Life is what you make it".

Change happens to us sometimes and we aren't prepared and feel unsure about what direction to go in, but it is truly our attitude that can shape the outcome of the situation. After a life altering injury it is important to find something that you care about, that is meaningful and motivates you to wake up and get out of bed each morning. With a positive attitude, hard work and good support, anything is possible.
