Paul Carrillo was raised on the streets of Los Angeles, in an environment that was full of drugs, abuse, violence and poverty. He spent his childhood in and out of the juvenile detention system.

Paul has provided services in Juvenile Detention facilities, County Jails, Schools, and hospitals throughout L.A. County.
